Spotted Flycatchers at Home



A pair of Spotted Flycatchers flit back and for their favoured perches picking insects in the small wood next to my home. Nice garden tick, and i think they are nesting nearby...why?...because they are holding insects in the bill..

  1. nice shots of spotted flycatcher and cool to have them in your garden. Saw my first SFC in yorkshire a couple of weeks ago, feeding chicks in a nest.

  2. Yeh , it was good to have them close to home, got a few extra opportunitys for photo, but after 2 days they have not been seen.
