Doughmore beach was showing well on a beautiful spring morning.

 Walking the headland bog in a 50mph SW wind made for some hard work in the soggy soil without a lot to see.
Meadow Pipits are all over the headland as well a few small a few flocks on Golden Plover that were dealing with the wind ,some Wheatear still remain to pass through.
The search goes on.....

Birds were in fine voice in and around the Burren today, A sunny day with hail storms

This Meadow Pipit  was collecting grubs for its young in a near by nest, the bird would not return to the nest while i was in the area, so best left alone

Llangenith locals

The sanddunes at Llangenith buzz with activity , lots of birds and animals are out feeding there young dispite hundreds of beach goers.
Whitetroats sing on every bush , Stonechats and Meadow pipits feed young, rabbits are numerous
